My Healthy Breakfast

Here is a picture of the healthiest breakfast I’ve had in a while: toast with peanut butter and banana slices, one scrambled egg, and unsweetened green tea. Usually, I eat one cup of Heart to Heart Kashi cereal with almond milk, but it never keeps me full until lunch. This breakfast kept me feeling full for hours, which in turn prevented me from pigging out on snacks when I got back from work!
