I have a number of health-related goals for myself, which focus on diet and exercise.
- Adopt an “early to bed, early to rise” sleep schedule. This includes sleeping for eight hours a night, so my ideal would be bed at 10 PM and wake up at 6 AM. (Weekends are exceptions for a social life.)
Adopt a regular exercise routinethat includes a combination of cardio, weights, and yoga. Running or a sport would also be excellent candidates for regular exercise. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, and protein. Limit consumption of bread, dairy, sugar, and processed foods. They are (usually) not worth it. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Always have water and don’t be afraid of having to pee 100 times a day. Drinking water is worth it.
- Take a multivitamin every morning.
Achieve a healthy BMI of 20.0. Floss and brushtwice a day.
- Run a 10K.
